Am I making all this up?

Is this is my imagination, or is this real? Almost everyone I’ve ever worked with has questioned if the information they’re connecting with - via their intuition - is real or made up. That’s normal. If you’re working with your intuition and inner wisdom, your brain is gonna wonder if it’s all in your head. So let’s talk about trusting your intuition. Do you trust that, no matter the means by which it came?

I share a story here about the journey you need to go on to get your answers, and how to create the trust you need to know what’s real.

The energy of protection.

This year, Winter has been pulling me inward; into the quiet. Winter will do that, get us thinking about the deep stuff. The stuff that rises up and asks to be worked with. And damn it if this old energy of mine of withholding - protecting and keeping things private and safe - hasn't circled back around to say hello.

But I have a way of working with this - a creative means to get to the energy and the healing… the insight needed to allow the story to unfold and evolve. To move beyond. I share this here with you.

Where do you want to be in 10 years?

"What do you want to do... where do you want to be in 10 years?" she asked. Me? I said, "I don't know."

And then I got an earful about how you NEVER tell someone you don't know what you want.

That was 30-some years ago, my last day of college. I was having breakfast with Peggy Charren, the Founder of Action for Children's Television, where I interned.

I really didn't know what I wanted because I was sensing something "else" despite spending much of the past 4 years thinking I'd get into TV or film or documentaries.

So there I was; sitting with a woman I admired, in shock, because I said 3 little words: I. Don't. Know.

Hi. My Name is Stacy and I'm a Creative Process Junkie.

It’s true. I’m a creative process junkie; a lover of personal process. And today I’m going to stop pretending that’s not important to me.

Sometimes it takes us a long time to recognize something about ourselves. For me, it’s this, that I love to dive into creative, intuitive process work. It’s my gift… my jam.

It’s not to only focus on the fun stuff of personal change, but a means to get to meaty information that truly changes me. It’s the information I need to then take aligned action.

And what I am coming around to here is that this is the thing I do that offers up the most value to me in life, and to those I work with. I let this get lost there for a while. But it’s back… big time. ;)

Here’s a bit of the story.

Learning to Be Your Authentic You.

It's amazing how separated we can feel from our authentic selves - the truth of who we are - and how that then leads us to make choices that don't fuel our own spiritual evolution.

When we can’t see ourselves for who we are and stand in the power of our own needs, dreams, desires, and gifts, we simply go nowhere. When there is a deep need, buried within, to be DOING something that is meaningful that helps us at a soul level to expand and grow and give, then our true selves must be freed to do that. Otherwise, we circle around and around.

This post might give you a way to begin to shift that.

The Spring Equinox is Here.

Happy spring equinox. My energy is swirling. Something deep is in motion. Can you feel it?

Today, we'll hear talk of balance. The day and night are split. But the equinox holds a story deeper than that. There's a level of organization that is going to be awakened within you.

But don't be fooled into thinking that today, the spring equinox, marks a new birth. That will come soon enough. Go slow... the process is just beginning.
