How do you manage your to-do list?β €
β €
I'll tell ya. Lately, the to-do list in my head has been long. Like this kind of long πŸ“œ.β €
β €
At times it can feel overwhelming. I know you know this. I am sure you've stared down your own list from time to time. β €
β €
I have a trick, a way of managing the list... and the anxiety. It's how I focus on my mini-list, the things I will do on any given day.β €
β €
I merely ask my business. I listen to my inner wisdom.β €
β €
I sit down, get centered and call in my business - its consciousness if you will. And I ask, "What's needed today? Where does my energy need to be?"β €
β €
And then I sense into what my business has to say. And I sense into what my inner wisdom has to say. And I find a way to set course based on what is actually needed. Not what my fear thinks.β €
β €
There are usually 1-3 things that I sense are on the list from my business' perspective. It's always way shorter than what my head plans. β €
β €
Sometimes the "to-actually-do" list is completely different than I would have focused on if I had just launched into things. But I've found that when I go where my the voice of my business guides me, I end up doing what's needed... what feeds into what's next.β €
β €
I trust this list. I trust this process. I do, because I trust that the consciousness of my business is tapped into a level of insight that is way above what I'm tapped into when I'm making the list and setting internal deadlines.β €
β €
And when I get all crazy with my list, like I am these days as I launch a few big projects into the world, I'm grateful for the bigger perspective. It's the only way I'd stay sane. πŸ™Œβ €
β €
How do you manage your list? Is it a free-for-all, or do you listen to a level of wisdom that guides you through?β €
